The Supreme Court in unanimity, and in the voice of Amadu Tanko JSC who delivered himself in what may be contrued as pain at arriving at his decision, dimissed the injunction application of the Chief Justice brought against the Justice Pwamang Committee of Inquiry.

The Supreme Court bench relied on their reasoning in Vincent Ekow Assafuah v A-G and retstated the position of the law in the effect of a filed injunction application in the public law realm.
